3. Special Rules – Evernode Network
3.1. The Evernode Network comprises a mixture of open-source and closed source software (“the Evernode Software”).
3.2. The three Hooks installed on Xahau Ledger accounts that manage Evernode’s registry, Evers distribution, and governance are all provided under the Evernode Hooks Licence Agreement.
3.3. The HotPocket/Sashimono codebase that Hosts install is closed-sourced and subject to the Evernode Software Licence Agreement. That licence limits use of the software to bona-fide activities associated with the Evernode network, such as running a Host, running a dApp on a Host, or developing and testing software for deployment to the network. Private use of the HotPocket/Sashimono software for commercial purposes (such as running a private dApp) other than on the Evernode network is prohibited.
3.4. All Evernode software incorporated into the Evernode network is provided “as is” and without any warranties or liability as described in the various licences on the relevant GitHub.
4. Privacy
4.1. We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
