The Evernode Network is an initiative of Evernode Labs Pty Ltd. It is a public, decentralised network of Hosts running software specially designed for hosting dApps (or “AppChains”). Almost all information submitted on the network is public, including payments of Evers between addresses and certain details that help identify Hosts (such as the email address and domain). These disclosures are inherent in using a decentralised network like Evernode. The information is not collected or stored by Evernode Labs Pty Ltd, but held on chain inside the open-sourced Hooks used to coordinate Evernode. Evernode Labs assumes no liability nor makes any warranty in respect of personal information users disclose in using the Evernode Network.
